Nike and Apple to make ipod compatible with gym equipment

Apple and Nike announced Tuesday that they are making an ipod that can plug into gym equipment and track your workout. The information can be seen on the Nike website. Some gyms and equipment manufactures  have already looked into the product. The two companies haven't announced any other details.
